You can take advantage of our Professional Repair Service to repair a wide range of repairs, such as sole separations (the most common type of repair), small rips or holes in the leather.

The procedure will involve regluing, sewing or patching the area, depending on the type of repair that needs to be carried out.

It is important to note that we cannot repair cracked sole plates.

In order to avoid additional fees, please make sure that your boots are clean (no dirt or mud) before sending. However if you would like you boots deep cleaned then let us know and this can be done as said above for an additional fee. For urgent and quick turnaround repairs, send us a message and we will try our best to accommodate with an additional fee.

Here's how it works:

  1. Send us pictures of the damaged boots via Instagram, Facebook messenger, Whatsapp or Email; shea@theshoedr.co.uk

    We will assess the damage and grade it between 1 and 4.

  2. Next, send the boots to us
